Over the past 10 months, Inrotech has seen a great increase in employee job satisfaction. Thanks to the online management tool Adapto, introduced to the company through the EU project Moving Global Talent, Inrotech has been able to track employee satisfaction, upskill their managers and ensure closer collaboration between managers and employees, internationals as well as Danes.
