In just 7 weeks, the second ‘Where robot heroes grow’ Facebook campaign reached almost 150,000 people and doubled previous campaign results. The international campaign is the second campaign Odense Robotics has run this year, both with the objective of driving traffic to the Odense Robotics Job Bank so that potential candidates see all available jobs in the cluster – and apply for jobs. KOBOTS is currently putting the finishing touches on their latest technology. The startup has been developing voice-responsive technology for their mobile construction robot “Amigo” through the innovation programme “Digital Omstilling – Innovationssamarbejder”. The new voice control increases productivity and efficiency, and improves safety and working conditions.

Denmark is the world’s fastest growing robot nation within industrial robots in terms of exports, according to a new analysis that compares the Danish robotics industry with the world’s other leading robot nations. From 2014 to 2018, Denmark’s exports of industrial robots have increased sixfold – a growth rate that far outstrips any other country. Denmark’s robot exports are now larger than countries such as the U.S., Sweden and Holland.

Inwatec awarded Robotics Company of the Year
Inwatec has been awarded the title ‘2019 Robotics Company of the Year’ – a new award from Odense Robotics celebrating companies that have excelled in growth, talent development and cluster collaboration. The award was presented at the CEO Network’s last meeting of the year, where more than 60 CEOs were gathered. The winner and nominees are selected by companies in the Odense Robotics cluster in a voting process open to all members of the cluster’s CEO Network.
