New report shows Odense’s robotics

industry in significant global expansion

Robotics and automation companies in the Odense Robotics cluster employ almost 5,000 people worldwide. Companies significantly strengthened their global footprint in 2019 and increased their workforce abroad by 25% last year to 950 employees, almost double the number than two years ago. Meanwhile, companies increased their workforce in the cluster in Denmark by 8% to 3,900 people. The new figures are published today in Odense Robotics’ Insight Report, which tracks the cluster’s development.

Work-life balance in the robotics cluster
How is the work-life balance in the robotics industry in Odense? Meet some of our robot heroes Richard, Robot Engineer from Inrotech, Rafael, UX Engineer from OnRobot and Adriana, Customer Relations from Sanovo Technology Group. In the video, they explain what they like the most about the work-life balance in Denmark. The video is one example from Odense Robotics’ second international Facebook campaign ‘Where robot heroes grow’. Both with the objective of driving traffic to the Odense Robotics Job Bank so that potential candidates see all available jobs in the cluster – and apply for jobs. This time, the campaign targets tech talent in Spain. You can find all videos on our YouTube channel here.
